When you complete the contact form on our website, the following data is collected:

- IP address, submission date and time (technical metadata collected by the form processing service)
Purpose of the contact form
Data collected through the contact form is used to:
- Receive and review your enquiry;
- Reply to you as promptly as possible;
- Discuss a potential project with you;
- Prepare a commercial proposal tailored to your needs, where relevant.
Legal basis for processing
The processing of data collected through the contact form is based on:
- Taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): when you contact us about a project or a service request, processing your data is necessary to reply and discuss your project;
- The legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) of Sila Studio in responding to business enquiries addressed to it.
No consent checkbox is required to submit the contact form, as processing is necessary to handle your enquiry.
Retention periods
Data collected through the contact form is retained according to the following rules:
- Enquiries with no follow-up: 1 year from the last exchange;
- Prospects with business discussions: 3 years from the last contact;
- Clients: data necessary to manage the contractual relationship is retained for its duration. Data and documents that must be kept to meet legal, accounting or tax obligations are then retained for the periods required by applicable law, which may in particular reach 10 years.
Recipients and processors
Data collected through the website is shared with the following categories of recipients:
- Sila Studio (data controller) — data can be accessed by Sila Studio’s founders and staff responsible for handling enquiries;
- Formsubmit.co — a service for processing forms and forwarding them by email;
- Website hosting provider : OVHCloud (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) — the website is hosted on a private VPS;
- Google Analytics — subject to your consent, Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) processes browsing data for audience measurement (see the dedicated section below).
Google Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4, an audience measurement service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
Google Analytics is activated only with your prior consent through the cookie banner. Without consent, no audience measurement data is collected.
Data collected through Google Analytics includes:
- Interactions with the website (pages viewed, visit duration and browsing paths);
- Technical information about the browser and device used;
- Approximate location information (city or region);
- Session and interaction information.
Sila Studio does not send the following data to Google Analytics:
- First or last name;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Contact form content;
- Any other data that directly identifies an individual.
Google Analytics may transfer collected data to servers in the United States. Google Ireland Limited is registered under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Analytics data retention periods
Data collected through Google Analytics is retained for the following periods, configured in the GA4 account:
- Event data: 2 months;
- User data: 14 months.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and a copy of that data;
- Right to rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data where the legal conditions are met;

- Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests, including any associated profiling;
- Right to withdraw consent: for processing based on consent (audience measurement through Google Analytics), you may withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page;
