Ovation trains entrepreneurs wherever they are, but bringing them together in person is a real challenge. Their idea: training could come directly to WhatsApp, with nothing to install.

We built a smooth learning experience in WhatsApp — lessons, videos, exercises and progress tracking — connected to a web dashboard for managing users, creating courses and monitoring progress in real time. Learners only see WhatsApp. Ovation sees everything.

The Excel workbook centralised orders and generated the sawing schedule and order sheet. This established process worked well, but every update then had to be passed between teams.

We designed an ERP that extends this tracking into the workshop and gives everyone the same view of orders, bundles and outstanding work. The tool is currently being tested on site.

Delara Vision helps equine veterinarians monitor their patients, with X-rays examined visually by practitioners every day. The founder wanted to add automated analysis to support diagnosis.

Our academic background in machine learning allowed us to explore several anomaly detection techniques. The result: an exploratory study that highlights suspicious areas without ever replacing the veterinarian.
